The operations meter changes the real capacity
CSV Lister does not count one complex listing as one operation. Core listing data costs an operation, inventory costs an operation, and images, videos, digital files, personalization, and attributes consume additional operations.
A media-heavy catalog can therefore burn through a daily allowance much faster than the plan’s approximate listing count suggests. The allowance resets every 24 hours.

Validation is not the same as a diff
CSV Lister validates uploads and reports errors. That protects the file format and catches inputs the system cannot process.
