Pricing FAQ

Everlyst pricing - every question, answered honestly.

The short version of "is it worth it?" is on the pricing page. The long version is here - value comparisons, plan differences, refund policy, data ownership, security, and what support looks like at each tier.

Is Everlyst worth it for a smaller Etsy shop?

If you have 30 or fewer active listings, the free tier covers a synced catalog, inline editing, CSV export, diff preview, 5 listing creations per month, 3 retained Backup & Restore jobs, and bulk editing on title, description, tags, return policy, and personalization. Free bulk editing is capped at 3 jobs per day and 100 listings per job. You also get visible Listing Health scores, a shop health score with fixable-issue count, and a 30-day sales snapshot. Upgrade when you need every bulk-edit field, unmetered bulk editing on a paid plan, longer analytics history, or higher creation and backup limits.

How does Everlyst pricing compare to Marmalead, eRank, Vela, and Sellbrite?

Everlyst sits in a different lane than keyword tools like Marmalead and eRank: those focus on research and competitor data, while Everlyst focuses on editing your catalog at scale. Vela is a closer operational comparison, with Lite from $19.95/mo per shop and multichannel, AI, CSV, and scheduling strengths. Everlyst starts free, with paid plans from $9/mo, and focuses on Etsy-specific diff preview, snapshots, and performance analytics. Competitor pricing and features verified July 2026.

What's the actual difference between Free, Starter, Growth, and Pro?

Free includes the synced catalog, inline editing, CSV export, diff preview, 5 monthly listing creations, 3 retained Backup & Restore jobs, the Insights teaser, upload progress tracking, and bulk editing on five core fields capped at 3 jobs per day and 100 listings per job. The paid Starter plan ($9/mo) adds unmetered bulk editing across every field, advanced filters, renewal controls, 90-day analytics, Listing Health, declining-performer detection, dead stock coverage for 50 listings, Advanced Edit, 50 monthly creations, the Orders dashboard, the review feed with 90-day review analytics, and the full renewal waste report on Dead Stock. Growth ($15/mo) adds variations, scheduled listing updates, 200 monthly creations, 30 retained backups, 5 years of analytics history, Pareto and seasonal analytics, variation and fee breakdowns, full-catalog dead stock coverage, bulk image management with alt text, variation image mapping, full review analytics, and renewal expiry risk alerts. Pro ($28/mo) adds unlimited creation, 200 retained backups, pricing intelligence, and bulk video management. A read-only renewal waste report for Free and team and user management remain in development. Each tier keeps everything below it.

Can I switch plans whenever I want?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period so you do not lose access you have already paid for. There is no penalty, minimum commitment, or locked-in small print.

Can I connect multiple Etsy shops to one account?

Yes. Link multiple Etsy shops to one Everlyst account and switch the active shop from the app header. Each linked shop has its own plan and its own subscription, so linking shops does not combine billing or entitlements.

Do I need to give a credit card to start?

No. The free plan is genuinely free: no card, no trial expiration, no nag screens. You only enter payment details if you decide to upgrade.

What happens if I hit a limit on the free plan?

You will see a clear in-app message when you reach 3 bulk edit jobs in a day, try to include more than 100 listings in a free bulk job, or use all 5 monthly listing creations. Existing data stays untouched. Free keeps the 3 most recent eligible Backup & Restore jobs, pruning the oldest retained job only when a newer eligible snapshot replaces it. Daily and monthly quotas reset on their normal schedules, or you can upgrade for unmetered bulk editing on a paid plan and higher limits.

Is "unmetered bulk editing" really unmetered?

There is no per-listing meter on any paid plan. Edit ten listings or ten thousand and it costs the same. The one boundary is a fair-use ceiling of 25,000 listing edits per shop per day, which exists so that no single shop can crowd out everyone else's jobs. For scale, a shop with 12,000 listings could rewrite its entire catalog twice in one day and stay under it. The Free plan is capped at 3 bulk jobs per day of up to 100 listings each. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Billing in one click. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account drops back to the free tier. Your catalog sync, snapshots, and CSV exports stay accessible at the free tier. Nothing is deleted.

Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-period?

Monthly plans are not prorated on cancellation. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for, then drop to free. For annual plans, if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase, contact support and we will refund the full annual fee. After 14 days, annual plans are not refundable, but you keep access for the full year you paid for.

How much do I save by paying annually instead of monthly?

Annual savings vary by tier. Starter saves 22% at $84/yr (vs $108 monthly = $7/mo equivalent), Growth saves 27% at $132/yr (vs $180 monthly = $11/mo equivalent), and Pro saves 21% at $264/yr (vs $336 monthly = $22/mo equivalent). Growth has the largest annual discount.

What payment methods does Everlyst accept?

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and most regional cards Stripe supports. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available at checkout. ACH and wire transfers are reserved for annual plans on request.

Who owns my data, and what happens if I cancel?

You own everything. Your listing data is your data. Everlyst never sells, shares, or trains on it. After cancellation we keep your account in a recoverable state for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, the data is purged from our systems. CSV export is available at every tier including free, so you can take everything with you whenever you want.

Is my Etsy connection secure?

Everlyst uses official Etsy OAuth with the narrowest API scopes the platform allows for the features you use. Your Etsy password is never seen or stored by Everlyst. OAuth means Etsy handles authentication, and you can revoke Everlyst access from your Etsy account settings at any time. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest.

What kind of support do I get on each tier?

Free and Starter tiers get email support with a 24 to 48 hour response on weekdays. Growth and Pro get priority email with a same-business-day response and access to the founder for substantive product feedback. Every tier, including free, gets the same product reliability, uptime, documentation, and help articles.

Do you offer a discount for students, teachers, or nonprofits?

Yes. Verified students with a .edu email and registered nonprofits get a substantial discount on any paid tier. See /student-discount for eligibility details and how to apply.

Will the price ever go up after I subscribe?

If we ever change pricing on a tier you are already subscribed to, you are grandfathered at your current price for as long as you stay subscribed continuously. New customers may sign up at a different price. You keep yours.

Can I try Pro features before committing?

The free tier does not time-limit, but for paid features, the cleanest try-before-you-buy option is the monthly plan. One month of Starter is $9, Growth is $15, and Pro is $28. You can downgrade or cancel any time. We would rather you pay one honest month than fight a 14-day trial countdown.

Is Everlyst affiliated with Etsy?

No. Everlyst is an independent application built on the Etsy API. Etsy does not endorse, sponsor, or operate Everlyst. The connection between your shop and Everlyst happens through Etsy official OAuth and API, the same way every approved third-party Etsy app works.

Still deciding?

Start free. No card, no trial timer.

The free tier isn't a teaser - it's a usable tool for sellers under ~30 listings. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
