Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free: no credit card, no trial timer. Connect your Etsy shop and start bulk-editing right away. Upgrade only when you need higher limits or more features.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing is charged once per year. Starter saves 22% ($84 instead of $108), Growth saves 27% ($132 instead of $180), and Pro saves 21% ($264 instead of $336). Growth is the best annual value.

Can I change plans later?

Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period, so you keep the higher-tier features until then. Manage everything yourself from the billing settings in the app.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal, linked inside your billing settings. There are no minimum terms and no cancellation fees.

Is my Etsy data safe?

Everlyst connects through Etsy's official OAuth API with narrow, listing-focused scopes and encrypted HTTPS transport. Every bulk change runs through a review-first workflow with a diff preview, and Backup & Restore lets you roll back any operation, so catalog changes stay fully under your control.

Is "unmetered bulk editing" really unmetered?

There is no per-listing meter on any paid plan. Edit ten listings or ten thousand and it costs the same. The one boundary is a fair-use ceiling of 25,000 listing edits per shop per day, which exists so that no single shop can crowd out everyone else's jobs. For scale, a shop with 12,000 listings could rewrite its entire catalog twice in one day and stay under it. The Free plan is capped at 3 bulk jobs per day of up to 100 listings each. Can I connect multiple Etsy shops?

Yes. Link multiple Etsy shops to one Everlyst account and switch the active shop from the app header. Each linked shop has its own plan and subscription.

Some features say "coming soon." When do they ship?

Nearly everything is live. Bulk editing, CSV workflows, Backup & Restore, scheduling, variations, bulk image and video management, variation image mapping, the Orders dashboard, review analytics, Listing Health, Dead Stock with renewal controls, upload progress tracking, and Pricing Intelligence are available now on their applicable tiers. A read-only renewal waste report for Free and team and user management are still in development.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everlyst runs entirely in your browser and connects to your shop through Etsy's official API. There's nothing to download.
