Privacy Policy

Overview

Everlyst is a bulk listing and shop management tool for Etsy sellers. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do — and don't do — with it. The short version: we only collect what we need to run the service, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Information we collect

We collect a small set of information so Everlyst can do its job:

• Account information. Your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password when you sign up.
• Etsy shop data. Once you connect your Etsy shop, we pull listing data, inventory, images, tags, shop settings, and related content through Etsy's official API so you can edit it inside Everlyst. We only request the permissions we actually need.
• Billing information. Paid plans are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store your customer ID and invoice history so we can manage your subscription. We never see or store full credit card numbers.
• Usage data. Basic product analytics — which pages you visit, which features you use, and error diagnostics — so we know what's working and what's broken.
• Cookies. We use cookies to keep you logged in and to collect aggregate analytics. We don't use tracking cookies to follow you around the internet.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate Everlyst and keep it in sync with your Etsy shop.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, important service updates).
• To respond when you contact support.
• To improve the product by understanding how it's used in aggregate.
• To detect and prevent abuse or security issues.

We don't sell your data, we don't rent it, and we don't use your shop content to train machine-learning models.

How we share information

We share data only with the service providers we need to run Everlyst — for example, cloud hosting, our payment processor, transactional email, and analytics. Those providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if we're required to by law or to protect the safety of our users.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data and shop content within a reasonable window, except where we're legally required to keep certain records (like invoices for tax purposes).

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Most of this is available directly in your account settings — for anything else, email us and we'll take care of it. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, and we honor those regardless of where you live.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, limit access to production systems, and follow sensible security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and let us know right away if you suspect anything's wrong with your account.

Children's privacy

Everlyst isn't intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

International users

Everlyst is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the US, your data will be processed in the US and other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or through an in-app notice before they take effect.
