Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Everlyst. They are written in plain English because we'd rather you actually read them. If something here isn't clear, email us and we'll explain.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Everlyst in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the service.

What Everlyst is

Everlyst is a bulk listing and shop management tool built for Etsy sellers. With your permission, we connect to your Etsy shop through Etsy's official API so you can edit, organize, and manage your listings faster than you can inside Etsy's own interface.

Your Etsy account

To use Everlyst you need an active Etsy shop. You're responsible for following Etsy's own Terms of Use, Seller Policy, and any other rules Etsy sets for sellers. Everlyst doesn't replace those rules — it works alongside them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc.

Your Everlyst account

Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for any activity that happens under your account. Accounts are intended for a single seller or team — don't share one account across unrelated shops. Let us know right away if you think someone else has gained access to your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Everlyst to do anything illegal or to violate Etsy's policies.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or rebrand the service without written permission.
• Hammer our API with automated traffic beyond normal product use.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or malicious.
• Attempt to disrupt the service or access data that isn't yours.

Your content

Your listings, images, descriptions, and shop data are yours. You grant Everlyst a limited license to store, display, and process that content only so we can provide the service to you. We don't claim ownership and we won't use your shop data to train models or sell to third parties.

Subscription and billing

Everlyst offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then. We don't offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Changes to the service

We're actively building Everlyst, so features will come and go. We'll give reasonable notice before removing or materially changing anything you depend on.

Termination

You can stop using Everlyst and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or put other users at risk. If we terminate your account for convenience rather than cause, we'll prorate any unused paid time.

Disclaimers

Everlyst is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly in sync with Etsy at every moment. You're responsible for reviewing changes before publishing them to your shop.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Everlyst and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Everlyst evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or through an in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Everlyst after an update means you accept the new Terms.
