  1. Feature

Connect and switch between multiple Etsy shops

Link more than one Etsy shop to the same Everlyst account, then switch the active shop from the app header without signing out or reconnecting. Each shop keeps its own plan and billing, while the Shops page in Settings handles new connections and disconnections.

  2. Feature

Bulk photo tools reach the whole image set

Add templated alt text, reorder photos, choose the main photo, and delete listing videos across a selected set of listings. Target a position such as the last photo even when listings have different photo counts, with ineligible listings skipped and reported instead of failing silently.

  3. Improvement

A filmstrip view for Images & Media

Images & Media now lays out each listing as an ordered row of photos, making photo position visible across the filtered catalog. Select a shared position for the next bulk action, count from either end, and spot missing alt text or low-resolution images directly on each thumbnail.

  4. Improvement

Syncing a large catalog no longer holds the page hostage

Listing sync is now a background job with a progress bar you can cancel and a tab you can close. CSV exports stream out in batches instead of being assembled in memory first, and Images & Media and Variations both paginate.

  5. Improvement

Alt text is editable on every image

Images & Media now has an alt text field under every photo in the single-listing editor, a badge on any image missing one, and alt text that survives reordering and changing your primary image. Bulk uploads already accepted alt text, but existing images had no equivalent field in the listing drawer.

  6. Feature

Pricing Intelligence can now apply the price change

Pricing Intelligence has been advisory since launch: it told you which listings had gone stale and left the repricing to you. You can now apply a percentage reduction to one listing or many directly from the page, with variation price spreads preserved, a floor price, and a cooldown so the same listing is not flagged again the next morning.

  7. Improvement

The dashboard now leads with what needs attention

A rebuilt dashboard that opens with orders past their ship-by date rather than a count of your listings. New KPI row, reorganized tiles, and the whole page now loads in a single request instead of five.

  8. Announcement

Everlyst is now available in five more languages

The Everlyst site now reads in German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch, covering the homepage, features, pricing, and the free seller tools. The app itself is still English only, and the localized homepages and pricing pages say so plainly.

  9. Improvement

A performance pass across the whole backend

Everlyst got a full scalability audit and two waves of fixes: faster job progress, batched database writes, and queue processing that isolates a single bad listing instead of failing its neighbours. Nothing you can point at on screen, and that is the point.

  10. Feature

    Smart Listing Builder

Build or edit an Etsy listing in a familiar visual product-page preview, with click-to-edit fields and real-time, rule-based guidance for stronger listing quality and discoverability. Free includes five new listing creations per month.

  11. Feature

    Review Analytics

A full review intelligence page - rating trends with your listing edits marked on the timeline, per-listing drag scores, variation-level ratings, and a triage feed with an acknowledge workflow.

  12. Improvement

Restore points get a 30-day downgrade grace period

Backup & Restore snapshots above your new plan's limit are now kept for 30 days after a downgrade - locked, visible, and recoverable by upgrading, instead of silently deleted.

  13. Improvement

Renewal controls join the Dead Stock page

The standalone renewal optimizer is gone - projected annual renewal cost, bulk auto-renew controls, and expiry risk alerts now live on the Dead Stock page where the affected listings already are.

  14. Feature

    Orders dashboard

A read-only orders view with fulfillment deadline states, filters, and whole-shop fulfillment counts - built on the same privacy-first data layer as the rest of Everlyst's analytics.

  15. Announcement

Plan names and tier access updated

Basic is now Starter, Starter is now Growth, and no price changed. Scheduling now starts on Growth, Free gains a focused Insights teaser with explicit bulk-edit limits, and review analytics replaces the former review automation roadmap item.

  16. Feature

    Variation image mapping across listings

Assign images to variation values across many listings in one pass - map existing photos by position or upload one shared image, and Everlyst resolves each listing's variation values live at apply time.

  17. Feature

    Bulk image and video management

Upload images to many listings at once with per-image alt text and placement control, and set or replace listing videos in bulk - the same staged upload runs across every selected listing.

  18. Feature

    Pricing Intelligence arrives for Pro

Every active listing's price compared against its shop-section average, with a sale price trend derived from what buyers actually paid and deterministic, advisory recommendations. Price changes stay in Bulk Edit, so you still get a preview before anything is sent to Etsy.

  19. Feature

Dead Stock shows what your idle listings are costing you

A dedicated view of active listings that keep paying renewal fees without selling. Pick a window from 30 to 365 days, see the observed renewal fees those listings have accrued, and deactivate them one at a time or in bulk through the same reviewed pathway as every other change.

  20. Feature

Listing Health scores every listing in your shop

Every listing scored against the rest of your shop, weighted across sales, views, fees, and favorites, and sorted worst-first so the weak spots surface immediately. Expand any row for a 12-month sales chart, real fee figures, and a plain suggestion for what to do next.

  21. Feature

    Sales Analytics is live

Everlyst now imports your real Etsy sales history and turns it into a monthly revenue and units view, rolling KPIs, top listings, revenue concentration, and seasonal patterns. One import on first visit, kept current automatically after that.

  22. Feature

Image and video uploads for individual listings

Images & Media now works with real listing media for one listing at a time. Sellers can stage image and video uploads, apply media changes, follow queued job progress, and refresh the listing after completion. Bulk media tools are still coming soon.

  23. Improvement

Listing scores now appear in the workspace

All Listings now includes a default-visible, sortable Score column, and the Dashboard has a Shop Health card with your average score and good, needs work, and critical breakdown. Catalog cleanup is visible from the screens sellers already use.

  24. Feature

    Issue Detection is live

Everlyst now scores your synced listings, groups the biggest cleanup opportunities by issue type, and sends supported fixes into Bulk Edit or Advanced Edit so you can act on them without rebuilding the work by hand.

  25. Feature

Advanced Edit - batch tools without losing the detail

A full-page workspace for editing one field across many listings at once, where every listing keeps its own value. Hand-tune each row, or reach for find-and-replace, copy-down, and percentage adjustments to move the whole set. Available on Starter and up.

  26. Feature

Bulk edit now reaches every field

Bulk edit picked up the rest of the listing - materials, personalization, return policy, processing profile, and who-made and when-made - on top of the title, price, tag, and section changes it already handled. Several of these fields now round-trip through CSV import and export too.

  27. Improvement

One page for every import and export

The separate upload pages are now one. A single Import & Export page takes any of the three CSV formats - listing creation, listing edits, variation edits - detects which one you dropped, and routes it to the right review flow. Exports live on the same page.

  28. Feature

    Help on every screen

Every major screen now has a help button. Open the slide-over from the corner of any page for a quick-start written for exactly where you are - what the screen does, how to use it, and the gotchas worth knowing.

  29. Feature

Turn variations on or off, and set processing per option

The variation editor gained two controls - switch individual options on or off without deleting them, and set a processing profile per variation on physical listings. Both run through the same snapshot-backed queue as every other variation change.

  30. Fix

Restore history now reads correctly for variation edits

Backup & Restore now shows a real before-and-after for variation edits. Previously a variation edit fell back to a vague placeholder in the history; it now lists exactly which variation and field changed - like "Small - Price" - so you can see what a restore would undo.

  31. Feature

    The variation editor is complete

The variations page reaches full capability - prices, quantities, and SKUs editable in a grid, deep listing and variation filters, missing-variation detection with an adjustable threshold, add-missing to one listing or many, reusable variation profiles, and bulk price and quantity operations. Every change runs through the queue with a before-snapshot, so variation edits are covered by Backup & Restore.

  32. Improvement

More accurate Backup & Restore stats

The stats on the Backup & Restore page now come from dedicated backend counts, with better deduping of reverted operations and retained snapshots. Loading more history changes the list only - your totals stay correct.

  33. Feature

Conflict, deletion, ghost, and drift handling for variation sheets

Variation re-imports now classify every row - edit, add, delete, conflict, ghost, or preserve - and ask before doing anything risky. Deletions need confirmation, edits that would overwrite newer live changes prompt a "CSV wins" check, and offerings added after you exported are preserved instead of wiped.

  34. Improvement

    Safer variation matching, beyond product_id

Everlyst no longer trusts Etsy's raw product_id alone for destructive variation edits. It now matches on exact variant signatures, option identity, and base-value checks, treating product_id only as a hint - so stale or mismatched data can't edit or wipe the wrong offering, and untargeted live products are left untouched.

  35. Improvement

An internal reference for safe variation re-imports

Variation exports now carry a hidden Everlyst reference, _evl_ref, on every row. On re-import it reconnects each spreadsheet row to the exact variation it came from - so a reordered or re-sorted sheet can't quietly attach your edits to the wrong offering.

    Permalink Read more
  36. Improvement

    Separate listing and variation sheets

Spreadsheet editing now splits cleanly into two flows - a listing sheet for listing-level fields and a variations sheet for offer-level changes - so each file does one job and your edits land where you expect.

  37. Feature

    Edit Listings - a full spreadsheet round-trip

Export your listings and variations to CSV, edit them offline in the spreadsheet you already know, then re-import. Everlyst validates the file and applies your changes through the job queue. This is editing your whole catalog in a spreadsheet, not just a one-way export.

    Description Formatter tool launches

Paste a draft, pick a template, see how it'll render on Etsy, and copy out a description with literal line breaks, UPPERCASE headings, and • bullets - the only formatting Etsy actually displays. Six starter templates included.

    Listing Checklist tool launches

A free, fully client-side pre-publish QA pass - 49 checks across 11 groups (photos, title, tags, description, pricing, variations, inventory, shipping, attributes, SEO, legal). Progress saves to your browser. Print or save as PDF when you're done.

  40. Feature

    Scheduling launches

Set up listing changes now and have Everlyst run them later - state changes, price discounts with an optional automatic restore, tag updates, and renewals. Target by section, tag, listing selection, state, or your whole shop, all run on a queue and processed on schedule.

  41. Feature

    Variation editing launches

A live variations page for editing variation price and quantity in-app, with grouped variation listings and real variation selectors. Changes apply through the queue, and SKU editing is held back when a cell maps to more than one underlying product - so you don't edit the wrong thing.

  42. Feature

    Title Character Counter tool launches

Live 140-character meter with a mobile-snippet preview, repeated-word detector, comma-chunk parser, and unsafe-character flagger. Pair it with the listing checklist for a complete pre-publish title pass.

  43. Feature

    Backup & Restore launches

Every bulk operation now takes a snapshot before it runs, so any job can be undone with one click. A dedicated Backup & Restore page, full restore of listing fields and inventory, and partial-failure handling turn bulk editing from a commitment into a test.

  44. Improvement

Shop metadata discovery for valid edits
