Shop Uploader is a spreadsheet-driven Etsy creation and update tool. It does not stop after publishing a new listing. Sellers can export listing data, update existing prices, stock, images, videos, and other fields in a spreadsheet, then upload the changes.

What Shop Uploader does well
Shop Uploader turns prepared spreadsheet rows into detailed Etsy listings. Its templates support category-specific attributes, image URLs, digital files, videos, and automatic image-to-variation linking.
Translation is a meaningful strength. Shop Uploader can translate listing content into every Etsy-supported language, a workflow Everlyst does not offer.
It also updates existing listings. Price, stock, and other partial updates are spreadsheet-driven, which fits teams that already treat a workbook as the operating surface.
The tradeoff is the meter
Every create, update, and partial update draws down a plan allowance. A shop can therefore pay a low monthly price when its volume is small and predictable, but frequent edits consume the same meter that creation uses.
The consumer plans run from $5/mo for 50 listings to $39/mo for 500, with business tiers reaching $300/mo. Extra shops cost $5/mo each. Annual billing gives two months free and pools 12 times the monthly limits across the year. There is a 7-day trial and no permanent free tier.

Where the workflow stops
No synced catalog workspace
Shop Uploader can export and update listings, but it does not keep the full shop in a persistent searchable table for daily browsing, filtering, and inline edits.
No diff preview
Spreadsheet updates publish without Everlyst’s row-by-row before-and-after confirmation step. Validation can catch malformed input, but it does not answer whether every valid change is the change you intended.
No scheduling
There is no queue for a price change, launch, or seasonal edit to run at a chosen time. Campaign execution stays manual.
No rollback
Shop Uploader does not attach restorable snapshots to operations. If a valid but incorrect spreadsheet publishes, recovery is another spreadsheet update.
No analytics
The product does not provide Sales Analytics, Listing Health, Issue Detection, Dead Stock alerts, Pricing Intelligence, or fee breakdowns from observed Etsy payments.
What Everlyst changes
