Where Listadum is stronger

Listadum is the better fit when keyword research, tag analysis, and competitor shop tracking drive your weekly workflow. Its Shop Explorer and keyword tools cover market research Everlyst does not attempt.

It also offers AI help for listing copy, video generation, and image upscaling, plus Pinterest promotion with click tracking. Team members can work without sharing Etsy credentials.

Listadum’s performance tools are substantial. It provides listing quality scores, shop performance monitoring, and profit tracking that includes Etsy fees and advertising costs.

Time Machine is real backup and restore

Time Machine gives Listadum real backup and restore. It keeps historical listing snapshots and can restore an older version after a change.

Everlyst’s difference is the combination of prevention and recovery. A row-by-row diff appears before a bulk edit or CSV re-import is confirmed, then Backup & Restore retains per-operation snapshots on paid plans. Time Machine is a recovery tool. The bulk-operations gap

No CSV import or re-import

Listadum exports CSV data but does not provide Everlyst’s import and edited re-import workflow. It bulk-creates from image folders instead.

Step 1: connect Everlyst without disconnecting Listadum

Use Etsy OAuth to connect the same shop. Etsy remains the source of truth, so the live catalog appears without a Listadum export.

Step 2: rebuild the working filters

Recreate the catalog slices you use for daily operations: section, status, price, quantity, views, favorites, and expiry. Keep Listadum open for research and keyword tasks while testing the operating workflow.

Step 3: run a preview-first bulk edit

Choose a small set of listings, prepare a harmless change, and inspect every row in the diff. Cancel once, repeat, and publish only after the review step feels familiar.

Step 4: test the CSV round trip
