Sales Analytics starts with a one-time import of your shop’s actual receipts and payment ledger from Etsy. The most recent data lands first, so the page unlocks quickly while deeper history keeps filling in behind the scenes. After the first import, it stays current on its own.
What you can see
Monthly revenue and units across your history, rolling 30-day KPIs, and your top listings by revenue, including listings you’ve since deleted, so the picture stays honest. Growth and Pro plans add revenue concentration (which listings carry the shop) and month-of-year seasonality once enough history is present.

Starter covers the last 90 days. Growth and Pro import up to 5 years of transaction history. The numbers come from real transactions, not estimates, so what you see is what actually happened.
