Everlyst is now available in five more languages
The Everlyst site now reads in German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch, covering the homepage, features, pricing, and the free seller tools. The app itself is still English only, and the localized homepages and pricing pages say so plainly.
Etsy is not an English-language marketplace. A large share of sellers are working in German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch, and almost none of the tooling written for them is available in anything but English. That gap is the reason for this.
A few deliberate choices worth stating:
- Prices stay in USD across every locale. Billing is in dollars, so showing a converted figure that is not what your card is charged would be dishonest.
- Feature names stay in English. “Backup & Restore” is what the button says inside the app, and translating it on the marketing site would only make it harder to find once you are signed in.
- Each localized homepage and pricing page carries a one-line disclosure that the application interface is currently English only. Better to say it before signup than to have it discovered afterwards.
The comparison pages, blog, guides, and this changelog remain English only for now. Those change often enough that keeping six versions honest is a promise worth being careful about making.
