Analytics and review imports recover from temporary errors

Sales analytics and review imports now retry after brief database errors instead of stopping, and the Retry button shows progress until your data arrives.

Update recap for 2026-09-27.

When Everlyst imports your sales history and reviews, it writes a lot of data in a short time. Occasionally the database returns a brief, temporary error during that work. Previously one of those errors could stop the import, and the Analytics page showed a failure even though nothing was actually wrong with your shop.

Sales analytics and review imports now recognize these temporary errors and retry automatically, picking up where they left off. An import that has already finished isn’t started again.

If an import does fail and you click Retry on the Analytics page, the page now shows the importing state straight away and keeps it until your data is ready. Before, it could stay on the failure card even though the import had restarted.

Also in this update: the rating trend charts on the Review Analytics page now scroll sideways on narrow screens instead of being squeezed.
