Faster, more reliable Listings exports for large shops

Full Listings CSV exports for very large catalogs no longer stop partway through, and they finish faster.

Update recap for 2026-09-30.

Exporting every field for a very large catalog takes a lot of processing, because each listing’s variations and inventory have to be read and written out as rows. For the biggest shops, a full Listings export could run out of processing time and fail before the file finished.

Exports now have much more processing headroom, and the work itself is lighter. Everlyst reads each listing’s inventory once per pass instead of repeatedly, and it fills each batch of listings as fully as the limits allow, so there are fewer round trips. In testing on a copy of a catalog with about 25,000 listings, a full export finished in roughly 80 seconds instead of 100.

The file itself is unchanged: same columns, same order, same contents. See how to export your catalog to CSV for the export options.
