Focused and cross-listing media workflows
Individual image controls are available on Growth and Pro. Individual video controls are available on Pro.
For bulk image work, stage up to 20 images, choose whether the set belongs at the start or end of the gallery, and write alt text for each image once. Everlyst applies that text everywhere the image lands. Listings already at Etsy’s 20-image cap are skipped safely so they do not stop the rest of the job. Growth and Pro include this workflow, while bulk video set and replacement is Pro-only.
Variation images across listings
Cross-listing mapping starts with a variation property shared by the selected listings. Map each value to an image position from each listing’s own gallery or to one shared upload. At apply time, Everlyst reads each listing’s current variations before resolving the mapping. Listings that no longer have the property are skipped rather than receiving a guessed assignment.
Each media change runs as a queued job. Progress and per-listing status stay visible while Everlyst writes the changes back to Etsy.
