How to upgrade

  1. Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change plan.
  3. Pick the new plan and your billing cadence (monthly or annual).
  4. Confirm payment method.
  5. Click Upgrade.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Your card is charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period.

How to downgrade

Same path: Settings → Billing → Change plan → pick the lower tier → confirm.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep the higher-tier features until then. No proration refund - but no charge for the downgrade either.

What happens to your data when you downgrade

  • Listings stay synced regardless of plan.
  • Backup & Restore jobs beyond the new plan’s retention remain visible and locked for 30 days. Upgrading during that grace window restores access; after the deadline, snapshots above the active plan’s limit are permanently pruned. A cancellation that moves the account to Free keeps the 3 most recent eligible restore jobs.
  • Monthly listing creation allowance resets to the new plan’s monthly cap on your next billing cycle.
  • Bulk editing on Free is limited to 3 jobs per day, up to 100 listings per job, across title, description, tags, return policy, and personalization only.
  • Features above the new plan remain available until the downgrade takes effect, then follow the new plan’s limits.

Annual vs. monthly

Annual billing saves 21% to 27%, depending on the plan. Starter saves 22%, Growth saves 27%, and Pro saves 21%. Pay once per year, lock in the price for 12 months. Cancel any time - we don’t refund unused months but we don’t charge you again either.
