Open orders, deadlines, and nothing you should not store.

Read open and recent orders in a PII-free dashboard with fulfillment deadline states, server-side filters and sorting, and whole-shop fulfillment counts. Stored data loads first and Etsy refreshes on page load when the 15-minute refresh window allows it.

Why it matters

Open orders compete for attention across different processing deadlines. A flat receipt list makes it harder to see what is due soon, what is already late, and how much fulfillment work remains across the shop.

Orders turns that queue into a deadline view. Whole-shop counts show the current workload, while filters and sorting narrow the table without changing the totals behind it.

Refreshed without blocking the page

Stored orders load first. On page load, Everlyst checks whether the shop is eligible for a refresh and pulls open and recently changed orders from Etsy when it is. Refreshes are throttled to once every 15 minutes, and the stored view remains available if a refresh fails.

PII-free by design

Everlyst stores the order and item data needed for fulfillment status and analytics without storing buyer names or addresses. The dashboard is built around receipt IDs, listing details, dates, totals, and fulfillment state instead of buyer profiles.

Read here, fulfill on Etsy

The Orders dashboard is read-only. Use it to find the next deadline and understand the shop-wide queue, then complete fulfillment actions in Etsy. Orders is available on Starter, Growth, and Pro.

How it works

Step by step

  1. 01

    Load the stored view

Everlyst opens the latest stored order and item data first, so the dashboard remains readable while a refresh runs.

  2. 02

    Refresh from Etsy

The page checks Etsy for open and recently changed orders on load, with refreshes limited to once every 15 minutes.

  3. 03

    Find the next deadline

Use fulfillment states, dates, search, and sorting to identify what needs attention, then complete fulfillment actions in Etsy.

What you can do with it

Capabilities

  • See unshipped, due-soon, past-deadline, and shipped order states in one read-only table.
  • Read whole-shop counts for unshipped orders, missed deadlines, orders due within 24 hours, and orders shipped today.
  • Filter on the server by fulfillment state, order date, receipt ID, or listing title without loading the whole order history into the browser.
  • Sort by order date, processing deadline, or total, with pagination for larger result sets.
  • Load stored orders immediately, then refresh open and recently changed orders from Etsy on page load when the 15-minute throttle allows it.
Where this fits in your workflow

Orders is the fulfillment layer of the Insights group. Sales Analytics explains completed sales, Review Analytics connects buyer feedback to transactions, Dead Stock covers listings that are not selling, and Orders keeps current fulfillment deadlines visible.
